Day One to Two
Arriving in Tanzania

SAFARI SEASON

This is Africa

Witnessing wild animals thriving in their natural habitat is an exhilarating experience not easily forgotten. Whether you’re travelling with a group of friends or family, or if you want to plan a romantic African holiday for you and a special someone, our iMBARC Tanzanian adventure takes you to two luxury tented camps where you will encounter some of mother nature’s most majestic creatures and meet expert naturalists who will educate you about their behaviours as well as the important conservation initiatives that are being carried out to protect them for future generations.

Arrive into Kilimanjaro Airport and your private driver will take you to Arusha Coffee Lodge by Elewana. A one-hour car journey from the airport, this is the perfect base to acclimatise to your new surroundings. Nestled in one of the country’s largest coffee plantations, the lodge is located at the base of Mount Meru and is protected from the busy streets of the nearby town centre. The pleasing aroma of coffee swims through the property’s thirty houses, all reminiscent of the early 1900s plantation-style buildings. From the homely plantation rooms to the stylish private suites, our team would be delighted to book accommodation options to perfectly meet your needs.
